Toddlers, Aged 2 and 3 Years Old were Filmed being Gang Raped in a Public Bathroom at a Mall by at Least Seven Different Men
One of them was a mall employee named Arthur Hector Fernandez… whom was a friend to the parents of the children… he offered to watch the toddlers while they were at work.
According to the complaint, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was contacted by the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation earlier in December. The organization shared with the FBI four videos posted on an invitation-only forum on the dark web.
