- Name us something thats not in your application (said I've produced music professionally, and that I was a blogger for a journalism firm)
- What do you mean by professionally producing music? (said I have released multiple projects, formally signed under a record label)
- Can you name me those projects? (did)
- If you're doing so well in music, why don't you stick to it rather than doing an MBA? (was ready for this question)
- So you've done Hotel Management, right? Why did you switch your career into the Sales industry? (was ready for this one too)
- (I did my ug in Bangalore but am from a small town, and am currently working in my hometown only) But if you graduated from Bangalore, why did you not try to get a Sales position in that city? I would argue that it would have better opportunities for you? (initially fumbled this but was able to recover it towards the end)
- Okay, tell me more about the Culinary aspect of the course. What cuisine do you specialise in? (said Italian cuisine)
- Can you name me some famous dishes from Italy? (did, mostly a combination of Veg and Non-veg)
- What if I'm a Vegetarian? Will I still be able to pursue this course despite my reservation? (said yes, that there were seperate cooking stalls for those who opted for vegetarian-only classes)
- Don't you think they'll be at a disadvantage when going for placements? As a full-menu restuarant will not hire such chefs? (I said no, because certain Vegan or Vegetarian restaurants in big-name hotels are actually favouring such students).
- Differentiate between Vegans and Vegitarians? (did)
- You have quite poor percentages in schooling. How do you think you will be able to tackle an MBA, a very demanding course? (was also ready for this, had screwed this question up once in a past interview)
- What was your CAT percentile again? (answered)
- And are all your sectionals above minimum cutoffs? (said yes)
- Then you must have atleast few interviews from other reputed colleges (mega hint at BLACKIS). Do you? (said yes, I do)
- Well, good luck for those. You may sign off now. (Was so relieved when they didn't ask my "why XIMB then?". I was very unsure of the answer I had prepared.)

Overall it was actually a really chill experience. They didn't grill me a single bit and acknowledged all my points. Some cross-questioning was there but that's to be expected.
