A software company MetaSoft has done small scale projects and want to become a leader in the market, have gained reputation within 3 years. It gets a large project from DPharma, the deadline is 2 years. MetaSoft only finishes 40% of the work in 2 years and have had multiple changes and issues during this. MetaSoft asks for an extension of 6 months but only gets 3 months, it hasn't been paid either for the work done. What should MetaSoft do? (Something in these lines)

M1:
1. Brief introduction
2. Pharma related questions and discussion on regulatory affairs, USFDA, generic drug market in India
3. Why MBA, why not PhD
4. Animal rescue work I've done

M2:
1. My work experience
2. Career breaks/switches

Overall maybe around 15 mins, not more.

Panel was nice, listening to what you said and asking further questions. In case we dunno they were moving in and not fixating on any answer. Conversation-like, discussion mostly.
