M1:- TMAY.

M2:- Interrupted in between, asked questions regarding my BARC internship.

M2:- can you explain about the project? Why 4 phase and not 3 phase? What was the efficiency u got ? How many people were there with you in this project? I mentioned about the project , I was the only one under a Scientific officer 'F' in my project. Overall 4-5 questions on project , I answered them. Then i finished my TMAY part.

M1: You have rich experience in railway domain. why mba then ?Few cross questions, answered them.

F1:- Which specialization would you like to opt for?

M2:- Are you aware of the alstom india business numbers?
I said yes.

M2:- Tell me who was the lowest bidder in DMRC project?I answered, Hyundai rotem for rolling stock and bombardier for signallingThen we had a conversation on Bombardier's losses and aviation business in Canada.

M2:- Tell me why did alstom lost the deal to Hyundai rotem in DMRC?Mentioned how bombardier acquisition took place 2 yrs back and the possible reasons why bombardier could not become the lowest bidder.

M2: Do you handle cost perspectives in day to day design activities.I mentioned, I dont work on the costing part, but i have done resource management, meticulous planning and timeline forecasting stuffs while undertaking project deliveries. Costing part is done by my managers.

M2:- Tell me what you could have you done for helping alstom become the lowest bidder for DMRC?Gave few points but he said this is something which u as a operations manager will have to do this will be the L1 for you actually.

F1: How will you increase the gender ratio in your company?Answered, gave the stats how alstom increased Gender ratio in railway business from 19 percent to 27 percent and how graduate programs of alstom are making sure of the gender ratios in its recruitment drives.

M1:- Tell me how will you take up an innovation in design and make sure it reaches to the higher level of organization and implemented in your system?Answered, he seemed satified. gave reference to alstom's I Nove you and Idea box programs.
