Fitch Ratings affirmed Uganda at 'B+' changed outlook to stable from negative.

Reasons: "The revision of the Outlook reflects Fitch's expectation that sustained recovery in real GDP growth and fiscal deficit reduction will lead to a broad stabilisation of the government debt to GDP ratio." Fitch's press release.
