I'll read everyone's messages later, I've just got home. I know there is a LOT of support out there but I also know a LOT of people are feeling a sense of helplessness and being let down.
Unfortunately my kinesiologist pointed out recently that when I get let down, I retreat and go quiet. I'm feeling this pull VERY strongly and I'm going to honor that and get some physical and mental rest for a few days.
In the meantime, here is the video I took leaving Warwick this morning. While optimism and hope mean that disappointment hits harder, I'm not going to change and become bitter and pessimistic towards life.
They won't break me that easily.
