Green reflects the greed and red reflects the fear. In a bear market, it is more important than ever to buy low and sell high. Using the extreme low levels in the red zone, in 2022, end of Jan, mid-March and mid-May are these levels. We have just traded into the red zone on Friday's closing. More downside to come before we reach the extreme fear level.
