- Setting up finger print for new staff.
- Handling and monitoring staff timesheet, leave requests, attendant and other forms.
- Manage & Maintain the possessing of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Prepare general office’s document and ensuring well place order and safe.
- Manage office’s supplies stock and place orders.
- Supporting general Admin works.
- Prepare monthly report to HR Team.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of House.
