³ The Adamic people are lactase persistent, having been recorded consuming cow dairy [Ge 18:8; Son. 5:1; Isa 7:22] and as a staple of their diet [Ex 3:8; Le 20:24; Nu 13:27; De 6:3]. Lactase persistence is the continued production of the lactase enzyme beyond infancy into adulthood, that breaks down lactose, a form of sugar found in milk & other dairy products; which allows the consumption of milk & dairy products into adulthood, even from high density lactose animals such as cows (>4.8% lactose).
This rare trait is absent among almost all nonwhites, with lactose intolerance accounting for: >98% Asians, >95% Ameridans, >95% Abo., >90% Africans, >80% Arabs, & >75% Jews.
However, this trait is nearly universal among all Whites (>85%) & universal among Northern Europeans (>95%).
Adam and his unadulterated descendants are racially White, only.
