I was hesitant to share it here because I know majority of you won’t appreciate and have no idea how valuable the content of this post is. This is probably the most important content that I’ve ever posted. This is the main key metric I’ve been using all these years that helped me made majority of my wealth. THIS IS the secret to my success. The content of this post will guide u your whole life.

Part 1:

When I research a project, I don’t look at the surface like what most people do - just like how I don’t look at news or even opinions by other “experts” when it comes to macro analysis. I dig deep and look at the metrics. That’s why my accuracy rate is high and have results to back my claim.

However when you research on a new project, the risk is high and unpredictable because there are no numbers and data u can rely on. It’s the highest risk yet also the highest reward play. The things u look at when it comes to researching a new project is to look at the team, the community, the backings, the vision and the problem they are trying to solve. If u buy into the idea and vision, there’s only one key metric and one key person to focus on:

The CEO
This is the main person I focus on to look at when deciding or not to invest in a company. Everything rises and falls on this person. This is the leader and visionary of the company. This person must be a great story teller and must have an exceptional ability to sell a strong compelling vision that will attract the right people to join him. There’s 2 main key metrics to look at when analyzing a strong CEO:

1. LOOK AT HIS TEAM.
Most people will look at the leader’s background credentials. I don’t. I judge the CEO’s capability by looking at the credentials of his team. The credentials of the team MUST BE STRONGER den the CEO. This is absolute key. If his team has strong credentials, it shows that he not only has the ability to recognize and convince the right people to join him, but he will also have the ability to keep bringing money in for the company, bring in partners, strong backings, and ensure token price will keep rising in value. A lot of people look at if he has tech background, education or experience. But a strong CEO doesn’t need that. A strong CEO must have the ability to sell and story tell. Because if he has that capability, he can bring onboard the capable tech people, capable marketing people, capable operations people and capable and educated finance people. U get the picture. So this metric is simple. If the CEO has the strongest credentials in his team, I will stay away from this project. If the team has stronger credentials den the CEO, I am 50% sold.


2. MEET THE CEO
The 2nd key metrics is if possible, meet the CEO either online or offline. Hear them talk, listen to their vision, and listen to their story telling ability. If this person talks too much technical stuff or is boring, I AM OUT. Because I judge the CEO’s capability to sell and story tell. U can also judge them by the way they answer questions. Throw them tough questions and see how they react. A strong CEO must have the capability to think on their feet and handle tough questions. If you can’t meet them, at least join AMAs or watch past videos of them to see their capability to sell and story tell.

When I research a project, I spend time digging deep. There are many things to look at, and it’s impossible to list all in one post. But this metric is key. If the CEO don’t have the ability to sell and story tell, every other metric means nothing and I won’t bother going on. The reason why I share this is because I don’t just want u to just rely on me and buy what I tell u to buy. I want u to be equipped with the right skillset and knowledge to make your own judgement.
