The Dashboard has opened to all users now.

A few changes:
- There is no limit on the amount of packs that you can order
- You can still not edit submitted orders
- Order will be processed once every hour
- After your previous order has been processed you can order again

After ordering, the remaining packs number resets and updates only after the hourly processing, we're working to change that.
