Heavenly Father, you are an amazing God we serve. Thank you for giving your Son Jesus to us to die on the Cross for our sins so we could have eternal life. Help us to understand our position of authority today. Help us to understand we are new creations in Christ. The old has gone the new has come. We are sons of The living God. We are your people and You are our God.

I want to lift up every believer today that is battling in their life. The spiritual battle is real but our God is faithful and He will fight our battles for us. Help us to put on the full armor of God every day and truly stand firm. We are taking territory back for His glory and honor. Help us to love our enemies but also help them understand there is no other God but You. Humble our enemies so they can come to you and repent of their sins and trust you.

Help us to really be in tune with you in the coming days where You will be fighting our battles for us. We want to see your glory God. We want see You move in a mighty way where people on say “this is God moving.” Thank you for hearing our hearts to you today. We love you. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen. Open / Comment

2021-08-17 23:41:25 I have had a lot of people the last week ask me if they were going to read the Bible, where would they start. would start in the book of John in the New Testament.

Some great translations I like of the Bible are NKJV, NIV and NASB. These are my favorites. Some people think you should read KJV only and I am not in that camp.

Spiritual Warfare - Distractions of time and purpose for God

Matthew 22:37-40
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.
All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

PRAYER: Father, make me resolved to refuse distractions to keep me from You. Let me use that time and energy to pray and develop a heartfelt relationship with You to “listen” and read your Word. Let me follow the two commandments that sum up all the law and ask the Holy Spirit for clarity in your Word so I will not be led astray by false teachings.
In Jesus Christ Name, Amen

One distraction common for many believers is:
Bible translations - You can take or ask someone’s suggestions however, when you choose a version ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in your research. I believe that God designed us unique in how we process His word for His purpose. Look at a verses in the full context and in a Bible app for other translations to gain further understanding. Sometimes you may choose a translation of a verse based on the level of understanding of the believer you are conversing with because some words may be unfamiliar for today, but remember God’s Truth always prevails no matter what, when we are guided by the Holy Spirit.

Run all decisions and questions through the Holy Spirit in prayer, He is the only one who knows everything about you and can direct you to your purpose. Open / Comment

2021-08-17 16:47:54 Seeing a lot of infiltration in the movement in saying that man changed the Bible and people believing it. Be careful on your claims and be careful who you follow.

In Psalm 12:7, God promised to preserve His Word from “this GENERATION for ever.” Preservation served to prevent accidental corruption of the text during transmission. Also, this divine preservation counters the deliberate, concentrated war on the Bible by Satan and his agents. This conspiracy to pervert the Word of God is world wide, and dates to the most ancient of times.

What does the Bible say:

Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. (Deuteronomy 4:2)

Revelation 22:18,19
18. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

God has a very high opinion of His Word. He inspired it perfectly, and He forbids us from polluting it by adding to or subtracting from it. Open / Comment

2021-08-17 04:34:18 The Word of God is our offensive weapon but many Christians don’t treat it this way. They don’t understand the true power of it. The Bible says:

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Joshua 1:8

This is a great one to listen to during the day, before you go to bed or while you sleep.

To my knowledge, I have never been involved in military ops before.

Well, last week was baptism by fire.

And I have a new appreciation for the training and tenacity of our military folks. God bless them.

There were ops, counter-ops, *multiple* teams, canary traps, poison pills, PsychOps and SecOps.

One Op I haven't heard much discussion about, I will call "SpirOps." Short for spiritual operations.

Unbeknownst to most folks, there were individuals backstage, teams in back rooms, and teams and individuals across the country praying aggressively for us. In real time. Spiritual warfare. The real deal.

Prayer warriors wielding powerful spiritual weapons against the forces of evil.

After this ordeal, I am convinced that the SpirOps were the most important Ops of the week.

Make no mistake, my friends. This is not merely a battle for our country, for liberty, and for the Truth, this is a spiritual battle for the souls of a nation and the entire world.

And the SpirOp is ongoing. If you are not yet engaged, I encourage you to bring your spiritual weapons to the table.

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."
