Msg to everyone appearing for JEE Advance tomorrow, all the best.
Be completely relaxed. I'm pretty sure you have given many exams during your preparation. Tomorrow is just another day. Just be calm and confident.
A few tips that I would like to share:
1) Sleep properly tonight. Take 6-7 hours of sound sleep. Do not keep studying till late today. Not going to help you. Your preparation is sufficient.
2) Reach your exam center well on time. Keep sufficient margin. Do make a checklist of everything you need to carry and double-check it.
3) Be very careful in filling out your details on the OMR sheet. If you're not sure about the instructions, ask the invigilator.
4) Do not get shocked on seeing a change in a pattern of the question paper. If there is negative marking, it will be for everyone, not just you. Also, be ready to see a drastic change in pattern. JEE is unpredictable.
5) Attempt the paper the same way you've been attempting it throughout your preparation. Do not change your way of attempting the paper or filling the OMR sheet. Regardless of whatever anyone says. But in case you think that one particular subject is too tough, and you want to switch, you can. That's up to you.
6) Do not get worried or panicked if you are unable to solve a few questions simultaneously. There are lots more questions. Attempt them. Don't ever lose your calm.
7) Do not discuss the paper with anyone during the 2 hour break. Neither with friends, nor with family. Whatever discussion has to be done can wait till after 5 PM.
8) Make proper use of the 2 hour break. Do not stand in the sun. Sit in your car or find a shady place. Have light food, and lot of fluids.
9) Go to the second paper independent of the first. Doesn't matter how your first paper went. Again, be calm, and confident.
10) If the paper is difficult for you, it is difficult for everyone. Be relaxed at all times. Don't panic. The exam day is all about the temperament. Don't lose your cool.
11) On random guesses. Just you whatever you've been doing in all those previous papers. If you have a strong intuition, or can eliminate some options, I'll advice you to go for it. But then this is a point best for you to decide..
Anyways, all the very best. You've worked pretty hard for all these years. Now fo it one last day, put in your best efforts. I'm sure all of you will do great. :)
