we are deeply concerned by the attack from the Russian Federation and Belarus on Ukrainian land and people. It is an all out war across the country.
As we are writing this letter, our employees
are taking refuge in bomb shelters, looking for safe harbors in neighboring countries, fleeing death and destruction. Hundreds of thousands of our Countrymen have left their homes and lives behind,
trying to escape death and destruction. Our hearts are in pain, thinking of our families, friends, and colleagues that are living through this hell.
