Definitely worth 0.5u @4 seeing as Dundee won the corner count against St J last week with 11 corners to 9

Keep in mind, the bookies price this bet up based on favourites instead of a teams ability to grab corners. St J are the clear favourites to win here however corners have been high for Dundee already recently but given St Johnstone haven’t won a home match this season, I can see St J parking the bus as soon as they take the lead to get the first home win of the season on the board.

Dundee have really struggled for scoring goals this season and sit rock bottom of the table after 7 games on 3 points. (4 goals scored and 13 conceded)

St Johnstone, despite their heroics last season, haven’t had a great run of home form this season. (3 home games and only 2 goals scored but 4 conceded) Even last season St Johnstones home form was terrible, they only scored 8 goals at home the whole of last season! So the under 4.5 goals should land…..

However, most of the value from this bet is Dundee shooting over 3.5 corners. St Johnstone are built on solid defence and that’s partly the reason for their amazing away form last season. From Dundee’s last 7 games this is their corner count from each match: 5, 11, 3, 9, 4, 4, 17. Only once did they shoot less than 4 corners and that was the derby against Utd.

Dundee hosted St Johnstone last week in the league cup and Dundee grabbed 11 corners.

St Johnstone’s last 7 games they’ve conceded the following corners: 9, 11, 6, 7, 2, 4, 4. Only time that was less than 3.5 was their away match to St Mirren who are defence merchants too.

Can see St Johnstone grabbing the lead here and then just shutting up shop forcing Dundee to get more crosses into the box.
