The answer is C - Candidate who uses both in a mixed way. That is, it is not a good idea to know or use only advanced or topic-related words. The candidate should use both in order to demonstrade a wide range of vocabulary and get a high score. In other words, we consider "advanced words" as our left hand, topic-related words as our right hand... --------- Attention!!! -------------- When learning high-level words it is important to know how to use those words in an appropriate position. Some students we encounter have a wide-ranging vocabulary but cannot use those words appropriately. That is a real trouble.
