Repost from Gab: I watched the Reason series on the Mises tak | Communism Kills

Repost from Gab:

I watched the Reason series on the Mises takeover of the Libertarian Party, including the full interview that was just posted. And honestly, though I am a very blackpilled person when it comes to the political situation in general, it really does give me a glimmer of hope to see something like the Mises takeover of a rotten, destructive, "let's run to the left of the left" institution.

Being a relatively old person, who got involved in politics because of the Ron Paul movement, who then had to spend the past decade or so being told my views were too "out there," it gives me hope in general that these "reactionary" views are finally becoming more mainstream again, bringing both libertarianism and conservatism back to the agreements that made any collaboration between the two possible.

And if the Republicans put up someone genuinely terrible and establishment in 2024 after all, I'll probably end up voting Libertarian for the first time.
