Former veterinarian and member of the organized criminal group Danilov, who now serves as the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, proposed a plan for the "de-occupation" of Crimea, consisting of 12 points.
Here are the highlights:
Citizens of the Russian Federation who “illegally” arrived on the peninsula for permanent residence after February 2014 must immediately leave Crimea;
Russia "or another formation" must ensure the unconditional and complete extradition of all those suspected of treason and other criminal offenses;
The Crimean Bridge is being dismantled "in order to ensure complete freedom of navigation within the framework of the compensation program";
A comprehensive program "Detoxification" is being implemented, designed to "neutralize the consequences of the long-term effect of Russian propaganda on the consciousness of a part of Crimeans";
Sevastopol Danilov proposes to rename it to "Object No. 6", the Verkhovna Rada will later decide on a new name for the city;
