Here are the highlights:

Russia "or another formation" must ensure the unconditional and complete extradition of all those suspected of treason and other criminal offenses;

A comprehensive program "Detoxification" is being implemented, designed to "neutralize the consequences of the long-term effect of Russian propaganda on the consciousness of a part of Crimeans";

Sevastopol Danilov proposes to rename it to "Object No. 6", the Verkhovna Rada will later decide on a new name for the city;
