Addressing the 2 main ways to prevent cancer (diet and lifestyle), it can be disheartening how easy it is to do what's unhealthy and how hard it can be to do what's best for your health.
But there is hope, and there are others fighting along with you to change the system. Just look at the organic market today - 20 years ago it didn't really exist! What we have today was brought about simply by a consumer-driven approach, on a grass-roots basis.
We need to help educate people so they can make better choices. That will drive the market.
