Move over Trump Coins, the new fad of Telegram spam are these "Home Doctor" books and a garbage supplement called Meticore.
Not only are bots spamming ads for these all over comment sections, but foreigners are reaching out to influencers and paying them to promote, too.
Had a couple accounts reach out to me offering me $3-500 per post.
One account admitted to me that she pays Phil Godlewski for promotion, and she told me that she knows he has hundreds of thousands of fake followers she even offered to buy me fake followers if I promote some EMF necklaces for her.
