Today we move to working on the inside.
Shiplap is fun to put up because it goes pretty fast and it’s a great chance to teach carpentry skills since there aren’t any angles

Since were putting them up green we just nailed the top edges to allow the wood to shrink as it dries without splitting.

Taking some time to be at home and work with the family has been extremely rewarding.

I’m noticing more independence, self starting traits, initiative, and natural work ethic, Not to mention all of us are acquiring a larger set of skills via YouTube and phone conversations with smarter friends…and the ever famous “trial & error”
