I just got a message from a Patriot saying CPS supervisors in | JamesCharles for Truth

I just got a message from a Patriot saying CPS supervisors in her state …get a federal bonus for every child they remove from a home and place in the foster system …where they often disappear but are not reported.

Can anyone corroborate this with first hand info ?
Is it true in your state?
Any idea on the size of the bonus per child etc?
