QUESTION: I have a friend that is on SSI as a disabled person. She also has cancer. She wants to opt out of chemo, but they are telling her that if she wants to continue receiving SSI benefits which include food and rent, she MUST comply with their medical wishes!!! Can anyone on here help me to help her with some advice?!
