Multiply it in the lab (23x doubling gives about 4 kg of dog hair, at 1mg/hair).
And then they put the pile of dog hair on your table and say:
You have a dog. Now you have to pay dog tax.
PCR is not a test. It is a molecular biological technique for making DNA copies.
