Spanish nurse confirms that the majority of patients admitted to hospital are suffering from different organ inflammation due to the vaccine, but they have been instructed to remain quiet about it and carry out PCR tests on these patients making sure it’s positive so as to blame Covid for what are in fact vaccine injuries.
