The first bill on the list, SB267, would prohibit state and local governments from issuing vaccine passports or any other standardized document to certify a person’s immunization status. They could not require a person to present documentation of immunization as a condition of receiving any benefit or service or entry into a building. Businesses could not refuse to provide goods or services or refuse to allow admission to a person based on lack of documentation of an immunization.
