Lauren of Fermenting Fairy can’t find people who want to work in Saint Pete, Florida. I told her I would be happy to put the word out. Wouldn’t it be great if she was staffed with people who could critically think?

Here is the job description:

Want a solid job where you learn skills, have fun and be a part of something BIG?

Join our team at Fermenting Fairy. We relocated to Saint Pete from CA and we are looking to build a team of incredible people who have a vision and a desire to do something good for the world!

Experience is preferred but will train in this highly sought skill set of fermentation.

Your tasks include:
*Making our delicious and healing fermented foods/drinks
*Packing boxes for online orders
*Keeping track of inventory both perishable and non perishable
*Grow the company to new levels (high growth potential)
*Form everlasting relationships with us

Skills we need from you:
++Must be on time and responsible for your shift
++Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
++Must have good communication skills
++Must have a good vibe

About 20 hours per week (will be full time soon)
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
