On Sunday, May 29, the Daily Star, The Sun, Mirror, Express, Metro and others simultaneously wrote about this, citing Mi6.
Actually, the fact that Putin, most likely, has been dead for a long time, and at all events he is replaced by doubles, in Russia only the lazy has not known for ten years already. But it's still nice that British intelligence finally found out about it too UPD:
