Transgenderism in teens and young people are a psychic epidemi | Culture War Room

Transgenderism in teens and young people are a psychic epidemic. Studies show teens who come out as trans usually do so as part of a peer cluster, as is similar to other disorder contagions (i.e. anorexia) that celebrities, journalists and politicians are witlessly spreading.

Note that these kids aren't observed to have long-term gender dysphoria or body dysmorphia but rather "rapid onset gender dysphoria." They very suddenly develop symptoms and are almost immediately given "trans affirming healthcare" in the form of hormone treatment and validation.

Having exhibited little to no gender variance for years they very suddenly exhibit some desire to identify as "queer" or as the opposite sex. And it happens in groups.

When trans-identifying teens (usually girls going through puberty) are asked how they "feel like a boy" they respond by citing sex role stereotypes of males. i.e. they like video games, don't like dresses, etc. Somehow, that's taken as evidence of their trans-ness.

Instead of doing away with the social constrictions of gender roles, transgender ideology reifies these stereotypes and enforces it through hormone therapy, puberty blockers, and genital surgery. Kids are being told they were born in the wrong bodies.
