If you are a designer, or if you have worked with designers any time in the last decade, you are probably familiar with the term “design thinking.”
Typically, design thinking is represented by a series of steps that looks something like this:
• Empathize
• Define
• Ideate
• Prototype
• Test
At its best, design thinking is highly collaborative. It brings together people from across the organization and often from outside of it.
