One of the way to get Linkedin profile by email
Open https://outlook.live.com (it's free)
Click "New contact"
Click "Add more" -> "Email address"
Enter email
Click "Create"
Click "Linkedin"
And if you need not only a name, but also a direct link, then:
Click "..."
Click "Report this profile"
Copy the link (up to the word report) from the address bar of the browser in the tab that opens
