Steps.
Disconnect from Vpn first before using this method
Use your correct details ONLY!
1. Visit
paypal.com/ng/webapps/mpp/account-selection
2. Select personal account
3. Tap on next and select Nigeria in the region
4. Tap on get started
5. Insert your normal Phone number
6. Tap on NEXT
7. Insert your email address,First name,last name and password(you create a new password for it)
8. Go to the next page and type your other details like date of birth, address and postal code. You might need to Google the postal code of your community
9. Also when filling in your address make sure that it matches the same address details you filled when you opened a bank account
10. It takes you to a page where you fill in your debit card details.
I am not sure if VERVE card is currently allowed but you can use VISA and MASTERCARD.
11. Punch in your card nos, expiry date and the last 3 digits behind your debit card.
12. Then go to your email account and click on verify.
13. That's all
Your paypal account is now fully functional!
