I am currently doing my clinical practice in urology department. Today I had the honour to help operating a 40 yo patient with condylomata gigantea, also known as "Buschke-Löwenstein tumor". It is a rare cutaneous condition charakterized by an aggressive, wart-like growth that is a verrucous carcinoma. It is attributed to human papillomavirus. Although the tumor had been in existence for over a year, the patient went to the hospital only 2 days ago. As reasons he called great shame and fear of loosing his new job. The size of the tumor was 5x4 inches. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to take a picture. But it looked like this:
