I agree with Douglas Murray on this topic, the British Police are determined to fluff up their already woke unicorn image, they want to move away from the Police Service that used to be the most respected and Professional throughout the world. The Senior command teams prefer to pander to the minority needs of the left wing agenda, making the frontline officers a mockery amongst the sensible majority of the public they are supposed to serve. Recruitment based on quotas of 40% of persons with a cervix, or based on skin colour or sexual preferences need to stop. As Douglas says the cops need more testicles not less.
