يعمل المكتب على إدارة شؤون كافة العلاقات و الشراكات المنطوية تحت كيان المجموعة و كيفية إدارة و متابعة الشراكات مع الجهات و صياغة شؤون العقود و الرعاية
كما يعمل المكتب على توفير كافة إحتياجات المكاتب من قاعات و إحتياجات لكافة أنشطة و فعاليات المجموعة
أيضاً يشرف المكتب إشراف مباشر على تنظيم و إدارة القوافل الصحية العلاجية و الأيام العلاجية و العالمية للمجموعة
كما يتضمن المكتب لجنة إشراف على العلاقات مع مكاتب الجامعات المسجلة للشراكة مع مجموعة داؤود البحثية و الإشراف على سير العمل فيها وفق الشروط المنصوص عليها

يستأنف المكتب في العمل في الدورة ٢٠٢٢-٢٠٢٣ و ذلك بتعيين وضاح إبراهيم رجب التوم كأمين للمكتب و ولاء عبد القيوم كنائبة لأمين المكتب و تأتي أولويات أهداف المكتب في الدورة ٢٠٢٢-٢٠٢٣ كالتالي :-
وضع بروتوكول متكامل لإدارة و تنظيم القوافل الصحية وفق بنود و ضوابط المجموعة
زيادة العائد المادي و العيني للمجموعة بخلق شراكات مع شركات و مؤسسات وفق ضوابط المجموعة
خلق فرص شراكات أكبر مع الجامعات الراغبة للشراكة مع مجموعة داؤود البحثية بتكوين مكاتب فيها زيادة وعي المرضى بإقامة الأيام العالمية التثقيفية " مرض زيادة كهرباء المخ و غيرها"

The office works on managing the affairs of all relationships and partnerships involved under the entity of the group, how to manage and follow up on partnerships with the authorities, and formulate contract and sponsorship affairs.
*The office also works to provide all the office needs of halls and needs for all the activities and events of the group.
*The office also directly supervises the organization and management of monthly mobile neurology clinc and the group’s international days
*The office also includes a supervising committee on relations with the offices of universities registered for partnership with the Daoud Research Group and supervising the workflow in them according to the stipulated conditions.

The office will resume work in the 2022-2023 cycle And that was the appointment of Waddah Ibrahim Rajab Al-Tom as the secretary of the office And Walaa Abdul Qayyum as vice Secretary of the Office
The priorities of the office’s goals in the 2022-2023 cycle are as follows:
Develop an integrated protocol for the management and organization of convoys according to the group's standards
Increasing the material and in-kind return of the group by creating partnerships with institutions and institutions in accordance with regulations
