تم تأسيس المكتب ف الدورة السابقة ليقام اول مرة ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٢ يستأنف المكتب دورته لعام ٢٠٢٢-٢٠٢٣ بتعيين رغدة عبد المنعم اميناً وست الجيل حسن نائباً
اهداف المكتب :
١.جمع البيانات الشخصية لمرضى العيادة وتاريخهم المرضي والحالة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتاثير المرض على الحياة الاجتماعية للمريض وارشفتها على قاعدة بيانات الكترونية ٢.التثقيف الصحي خلال العيادة والقوافل والايام العلاجية ٣.جمع الادوية والاشراف ع الصيدلية ٤.انشاء مكتبة الكترونية لارشفة البيانات
