really, this is just the tip of the iceberg regarding their obsession with the “infodemic” of “vaccine hesitancy” & the need for “information hygiene” (actual phrase used by Mike Ryan of the WHO) to fix it. they’ve had us under a microscope since February 2020 - go to academia.edu & search covid-19 + misinformation if you want to grasp the extent to which academia is owned by the same people who own the narrative managers - & they think they know what makes us tick. whether it’s “prebunking” - preemptively lying your way out of whatever fact you think the public is about to find out - or “inoculation” - pointing & laughing at a deliberately absurd statement vaguely shaped like the inconvenient fact you want to neutralize, in order to get the masses to discount that fact along with your straw-man - there are people who devote their entire careers to studying this crap.
why, then, do they suck so bad at it? the jury is still out, but it’s likely a combination of the Sorcerer’s Apprentice Effect (ie. they never had to work at making a convincing narrative, so when actually pushed to do so they are unable to rise to the occasion) & a smug, lazy sadism (ie. they know they control all information channels & we don’t have a choice but to take the lie-hose full to the face, so they want to make it as deeply unpleasant as possible by shoving grating, patronizing slopaganda into our senses).
their only hope is to maintain & strengthen the informational iron curtain that is the only reason your sister or grandma or boss or doctor hasn’t heard these things are killing people at a rate unheard of in pharmaceutical history. this is, of course, because they aren’t pharmaceuticals at all but bioweapons. don’t take my word for it, ask the Defense Department - which calls them “countermeasures.” they should know, they made the damn things.
