Can a windows PC system that exists on a boat in the middle of ocean that has zero internet service and zero wifi and no satillite communication and no communication whatsever, basically zero possibility for any communications with either microsoft or the internet in general, have a windows operating system and all of the software required to run that system downloaded onto a hard drive from anopther computer which is located on the mainland and which does have normal internet service and then have all the desired operating systems and software subsequently brought to that PC that is on that small boat in the middle of the ocean and loaded so that that disconnected oceanbound PC on the boat and so that it performs the functions of the windows operating system and othr software that was installed on that isolated boat without any connection to the internet?
