To the child that activated the Lion in me;
Today is your 13th birthday.
13 years a go you were born and what started so easy and natural as you eased into my arms like melted gold. Continued to be a battle for the sake of your well being.
Your health was a question to many doctors who examined you. The first years were a search and a study of metabolic crisis that kept you and me up at night. I was determined to make you healthy. And when one crisis was battled you made me so strong I took you and your brother under my arms to leave a toxic marriage forever. A battle that continued for years.
I was determined to offer you safety. Your angel eyes and old soul wisdom were and are still out of this world.
You came here to teach me. To show me how to be authentic and you will teach many people. Your heart is so pure and your mind so smart. Dear beautiful boy thank you for coming into my life to teach me about power, about boundaries and about standing in your truth. Your wit, your love and your conciousness lightened up my life. Shine on beautiful boy. I love you as much as all the stars in the galaxy. Your soul and mine will continue to find eachother life time after life time. A concept you explained to me when you were 4. Wise old Indian boy. Share your love and wisdom with the world as much as you can. Don,t dim your light to fit in. You ignited my lion mother fire and I will keep igniting yours through life.
