It is an on going cycle of you old soul expanding your Light.

And so emotional catharsis is a wonderful and often necessary support for releasing suppressed emotions and contacting previously unseen “holding” patterns that prevent us from feeling our full aliveness of light.

But being PRESENT with it all is the vital key.

The two approaches – doing and being – must be in conjunction, then the transformation goes deep.

If there is presence and the capacity to “be with the pain”, then at some point the need to “work on it, release it” and so on, simply follows.

Because now there is the capacity to meet everything without denial or avoidance. But some “preparing the way” or “emptying the vessel” is often very much needed.

“surrender to what is here” happens naturally and effortlessly when we come to understand and accept the life force cycles.

Clear transmute and transcend to create new void, new space in the golden triangle to create new life force to manifest it,s magic from imagination into creation.

BECAUSE THAT IS YOUR HUMAN POWER

Live in your imagination, visualize & affirm with your intention and attention what where and who you want to be.

Once you realize the 3D world is an illusion, everything becomes easier.

Nothing in the external world is real unless you say it is.

Sit in the energies of this moon.
