DDK BLOCKCHAIN CORE 2.1 PROGRESS AND LATEST UPDATES

Dear Stakeholders, Blockchain enthusiasts and Crypto Traders,
As per last quarter 2020, DDK Team has released an official announcement regarding the development of the DDK Blockchain Core 2.1 (https://announcements.ddkoin.com/2020/08/21/ddk-blockchain-2-1-be-the-future-by-our-innovation/).
In the previous announcement, we stated that the Test-Net Core 2.1 was estimated to be launched in September 2020. Therefore, please note that we have successfully launched the TEST-NET CORE 2.1 in which the FIRST (1st) PHASE test-net within DDK Blockchain is in developers testing phase.
Moving towards Decentralized Finance (DeFi) solutions platform, we need to implement these phases carefully and thoroughly as you all aware that this is a migration of CORE 1.0 to CORE 2.1 and is a Blockchain (DPOS-AEPOS) upgraded version to a Smart-Contract Blockchain protocol.
Nevertheless, we would like to extend our gratitude to the DDK Blockchain Core 1.0 users, HOLDLERs, Delegates and the DDK Community at large who always stayed optimistic and showed continued support. We received a lot of questions asking about the current status of the progress and observed that people were eager to know the finalized features of DDK Blockchain Core 2.1. Thus, we are very happy to release some updates on the progress of the development.
Before that, let us recall on the list of features that will be developed in DDK Core 2.1:
1. New Payment Addresses.
2. Improved Key & Cryptographic Signatures.
3. Built-in Smart Contracts.
4. Native Assets: Token Issuance/DAI.
5. Multi-Signature Capabilities.
6. Hierarchical Deterministic (HD) Wallets.
7. Enhanced Network Scalability.
8. On-Chain Referrals.
9. Multiple thread of CPU.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DETAILS OF THE FEATURES WILL BE EXPLAINED IN DDK BLOCKCHAIN CORE 2.1 WHITEPAPER THAT WILL BE FINALIZED SOON AND WE WILL BE DISTRIBUTING THE COPY TO YOU BY MARCH 2021!
For THE TESTING PHASE, please be informed that there are FOUR (4) STAGES OF THE FINAL PHASE TO MAINNET DDK BLOCKCHAIN CORE 2.1.

1) ALPHA TEST-NET – Testing among Developers
Estimated Timeline: October 2020 – Mid of March 2021
This is the internal testing process that will be conducted among the Developers and Management team, to ensure that all the technical features as well as new UI/UX are developed and working properly. We will also make sure that the updates produce the expected result as planned for this upgraded version of Blockchain Technology.
2) BETA TEST-NET – Testing among Delegate and Public (Selected Beta Tester)
Estimated Timeline: End of March 2021 – Mid of May 2021
After the first testing that will be conducted among the developer’s team, the platform will be open for the second (2nd) stage of testing which will be carried out by DDK Delegates and selected Beta Testers. These people will be decided by the Delegates team. This process will be aimed at testing the capacity of the platform to run a large scale of transactions and high traffic that will be made by the community in the future. All the errors that are being detected will be immediately being fixed before the core can be converted into Mainnet Platform.
The large scale of the selected community will assist the developers on the testing results and monitoring functions in order to get fast feedback. This will be considered as both an internal and external stress-test. In addition, this phase will be gradually open to the entire public to test once the early phase of this testing stage is completed and streamlined.
3) GAMMA MAINNET – 1st Version
Estimated Timeline: End of May 2021 – Mid of July 2021
The Core 2.1 is now already being prepared for launching on the MAINNET platform. During this process, the old core will slowly be converted/replaced with the Core 2.1. The transition between old core and Core 2.1 will be done gradually. In the same time all features in Core 2.1 are fully implemented on the MAINNET platform.
