Question: What do you understand by mob violence? Critically analyze the provisions in various Acts against mob violence and suggest steps to deter the same. (200 words, 12.5 marks)

Answer Structure:

1) There are 4 parts of this question; definition, pro, cons and steps. If you miss either than your score will be less.

2) As question itself asks you to define, you have to do so with help of examples and news background so that you write atleast 3 points on it.

3) 3 points on positives i.e. provisions in various acts have been successful against mob violence.

4) 3 points on negatives i.e. provisions in various acts have not been successful against mob violence.

5) Suggest 3 steps.

6) Draw diagram; hubspoke diagram to depict more steps.

7) Include names of recent committees or reports or judgements on mob violence.

8) Conclusion. As steps have already been asked, there is no need of way forward approach. Just summarize.
