I chose to forgive the people who had hurt me. I might be foolish in your eyes but it made my heart less heavy and for the first time in months it’s like I can finally breathe again. I am pleased with my decision. It wasn’t easy at all, mind you. But this is where my healing starts, please me live my life the way I want. Let me struggle on my own and figure things out on my own. I promise you will witness me grow each day as I stand up and take responsibility for the decisions I made regardless of whether they’re right or wrong.
