Meet the gurus: the newly established Flotilla Experts of their vocation. This is part of the RSN’s enhanced emphasis on training as it establishes new flotillas in the Fleet and Maritime Security Command/MSTF. Each flotilla is now responsible to “raise, train and sustain” specific naval platforms and helm niche capabilities.
