2022-01-03 12:05:49 Dereja’s own Program Director Siham Ayele, a fellow expert on Youth development from Ethiopia on GIZ YouMatch, graced the pages of GIZ’s YouMatch Knowledge Newsletter. GIZ YouMatch, the Global Initiative on Innovative Employment
Services for Youth, addresses a key problem in many developing and transition countries.

Siham, representing Ethiopia as a voice from the YouMAtch Network, spoke of her experience participating in the YouMatch community. She said “I was particularly impressed by all the IT solutions used in the job centre. Especially the virtual systems for internship programmes
left a lasting impression on me.”

Her spectacular role in Dereja, enabling thousands of youth to find their dream job is a testament to her experience.
