NEW: The Biden administration reverses a former Trump policy which sent U.S.-bound asylum seekers from Latin America to Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

The new policy will provide "safe and orderly processing of asylum seekers at the U.S. border," according to Secretary of State Antony Blinken. At the same time, Blinken affirmed that, "The United States is a country with borders and laws that must be enforced." (WSJ)
