This great religious guy is Israelik Nabul and I posted about him last winter 2021 because he was doing the same thing as he is doing in these videos. This was my post in 2021: https://www.facebook.com/ugobey/posts/10165062149935441
Every winter he takes hot soup the IDF combat soldiers at the military checkpoints near him so they can stay warm in the freezing weather. I can assure you it's not the soup that warms them up but rather the action of this great guy going out of his way in the middle of the night to do this for them.
