Right today, I have read an article related to this topic and wanna share my personal opinion. There was written that overdoing some task or spending long hours on a particular type of work causes less efficiency, HOWEVER, from where I stand and how far I can concern on the topic I can definitely say that stopping in every 1 or 2 minutes seems like wasting of time, because many spend 1-2 minutes to solid their focus. So if I could deliver my message correctly, I meant that in my experience stopping in every few minutes is the least efficient, in terms of IELTS READING, because we had better some time visualizing rather than stopping
I was far from saying you should interrupt your task in every 2 minutes. I personally use pomedorro to work for 30 mins and take a 10 min break.
