A contract worth $26 million for rapid antigen tests (RAT) was recently awarded without open tenders. One of the successful companies was Pantonic Health, which is run by Julie Bishop’s partner, David Pantone and his two daughters.
Anyone remember Julie Bishop, former Minister for Foreign Affairs and member of the Liberal Party? Coincidence?
