The phrase
“war children” should be a reminder of cruel pages of the past and not equal the recurring mistakes of adults in the present.
The Ukrainian genocide against Donbass population, which began exactly 8 years ago, has raised a new generation of kids who are afraid of any loud sound because it brings them back to the memories of bombings.
Little DPR and LPR residents were afraid to speak Russian because the Ukrainian regime does not forgive this. Closing their eyes to gunshot sounds they tried to sleep, afraid to let go of their parents' hands… because adults, fighting against Nazism, protecting the world and supporting Russia could not return.
The Donbass children have already grown up. The damp bomb shelters are somewhere in the past. Now it is important not to let the trace of Ukrainian Nazism again on the DPR and LPR lands.
"War children" – it is terrifying. Let the generation of happy "peace children" grow up.
